I keep getting this error about CSC.EXE not being able to shutdown (or start?) when I shutdown Windows. I do NOT have BitMeter installed (At least, I can't find it).

Some people suggest that it is related to the .Net Framework, but I am not quite sure how to go about repairing that... ??

CSC.exe is related to the .NET framework, yes. It's an executable it uses for it's packages and deployment. You can easily repair this by downloading the latest .NET Framework (I think it's up to 4.5 now) and that should fix this problem. Let us know!

Knock on wood, this issue seems to have disappeared. Some I"m hoping its gone for good (yes, I was aware that CSC.EXE is part of the .Net Framework). I seem to have difficulty whenever MS releases updates for .Net. Maybe it's that they issue releases, then have to fix the patches later... anyways, it seems to be gone now.
