CSGO best upgrade for my pc

I want to upgrade a component or two to increase performance on my csgo. I run it on a ssd, i5-7400, gtx 1060 3GB, 8gb ddr4-2133 single on dual channel, low settings multi core on. 4:3 1280x960. 25” hp omen 144hz 1ms monitor. I want higher minimum frame rate and to be able to run high settings for weapon skin appearance. Should I upgrade cpu, ram, or gpu?

Your system is balanced and you should be able to run on a very high FPS in the game as it is, possibly the video card is under the CPU in speeds, but you should have no issues with never dropping bellow 200fps.
