CSGO Ethernet ping vs Wi-Fi vs powerline

CSGO over Ethernet ping is 32, Wi-Fi ping 34, Powerline ping 39. Is powerline still better or more stable than Wi-Fi for gaming? Wi-Fi ping doesn’t look too bad compared to direct Ethernet. Some times Wi-Fi ping is even the same as Ethernet.
Why do many people say that we can’t game over wifi connection? And why do some people say that they can do gaming over powerline adaptor? The powerline ping is higher than Wi-Fi, and is always 6ms higher than Ethernet.
So is powerline still ok for gaming?
I play street fighter 4 most of the time. So I wanna know if powerline is fine for street fighter 4

I have been using powerline for quite a while now, the ping difference is about the same percentage (7ms vs 6 on speedtest) I use it because I needed an ethernet connection in my gaming area for testing, and my ISP supplies routers that are unstable and don't play nicely with extenders and secondary network.

If you are going for ultra competitive the ping difference might matter, but for stablilty, and because you already have it i'd stick with powerline tbh.

Powerline ping connection to the router is not stable either, it fluctuates from 3ms to 8ms. I don’t know why you say it’s stable.
Ethernet is always 0.8ms ping to router.
Wi-Fi ping to router fluctuates from 2 to 5ms. I have a Orbi router
I’m just a amateur gamer. But I still don’t want lag. Drywall internal wiring costs too much, and the house is not mine, it’s my dads. Wi-Fi signal is not the best.
Bought a netgear powerline av2 mimo yesterday to try out if it can give me better latency for gaming. But I’m so disappointed. It offers higher ping than my Orbi.
Will that 7ms of lag affect gaming or street fighter much???
