CSGO feels laggy when streaming

Hi guys, i recently tried to stream and one friend helped me with all the work involved.

But when i have OBS Studio open with csgo, as soon as i enter a match csgo feels laggy, i tried a lot of settings as i found posts like this but nothing worked.

My preview on OBS and my stream in Twitch works perfectly fine, they run smooth as butter, my fps in game are 300 400 500 as usual, i dont understand why it feels laggy in the moment i open obs and start the stream.

This is my internet speeds so it cant be internet problems.

My specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k 4.20 GHz
GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070 Ti Advanced 8GB
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W 80+ GOLD
MoBo: Asus ROG STRIX Z270E Gaming
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 32GB (4x8GB) 3000MHz DDR4 CL14
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
HDD: Western Digital 1TB Blue (7200rpm)
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62 v2

I also have 2 monitors, the primary a BenQ with 144HZ and the secondary one with 60Hz

I also tried to cap my fps at 144 ( cuz of my 144hz monitor) and nothing changed.

Can someone help me fixing the laggy feel of csgo when streaming.
