CSGO FPS Drops

Hey,

I'm having really annoying FPS drops and I have no idea why. I have reinstalled Steam, CSGO and no luck. Overclocked by CPU and no luck, the lowest video settings and res also makes no difference.

Specs:

GPU- GFX 1060 3gb
CPU- AMD FX 8320 black edition (overclocked to 4ghz)
Motherboard- Asus m5a78l-m-usb3
RAM- Kingston Hyper X Genisis 8GB

Recently got a new GPU but it hasn't done much and I know CSGO is a CPU game but thought it might have helped a little.

Any ideas?

I get low fps in CSGO '' just like all the 1000's of threads on that game just here at toms alone

seems a poorly optimized game to me looking at all that
