Running an overclocked system:
CPU 1,224v-1,234v @4200.17-4199.77Mhz, Bus=100Mhz-99.99Mhz
Worried that Bus Speed dropping to 99.99 might affect GPU.
GPU 1,2v-VDDC current%OCP 0.6-0.4% 1000core,4700vram,
ALL TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE GREEN, SYSTEM WAS UNDER STRESS-TEST WHILE THIS DATA WAS WRITTEN at 99% or 100% load.

OK, i found out that my +12v is running at 8,3v. Could this be an issue?

I checked with a volt'o'meter , it says 12v on the connector from PSU to GPU.
