Csgo low fps high end laptop high cpu usage

I have a Msi Gl72 6qf laptop.

proccesor= Intel(r) core(tm) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHZ 2.59 GHz

Graphics card Nvidea GTX 960m

My fps goes form 40 to 60
Proccesor usage always 100 when playing csgo.

Make sure you don't have anything in the background eating up your CPU usage. Do a clean install of your geforce driver which can be downloaded from here. http://www.geforce.com/drivers If you have v-sync enabled you'll limit your FPS to 60, without it you'll get well above it but suffer from screen tearing.

Krzymprt how do i do a clean install of my drivers.
I dont have vysinc enabled.
Have almost nothing running at background atleast my taskmanager doesent say i.

Download the drivers and check mark clean install when installing it.
