csgo low fps in good pc

I literaly stay up whole day just trying to fix this..your reply would be so MEANINGFUL for me...
I usually had 170-210 fps on csgo but suddenly it drop drastically 30 fps when I woke up this morning I assume it was my driver ..I experience this kind of issue before by simply install driver and uninstall it

here my spec

gtx 950
i3 6100
h110m-D
8GB RAM
