CSGO low fps???
Question
Need help!

Guys, Im getting an average of 200 or less fps in csgo!!!

My setup is RTX 2080ti with i7-9700k, 32gb ram, Asus pg279q monitor with Gsync enabled, the video setting in game is set to 1920x1080 with everything on low and with the following launch option "-novid -high -tickrate 128 +fps_max 0 -refresh 144 -freq 144".

Is this normal to get only 175-200 fps with these setup?

Solution
For a game that cares little for gpu resources, moving down from your monitor's native 1440p resolution to 1080p doesn't help things.
2080Ti is not a 1080p card, and low graphics settings is less work for the gpu as well.
You literally threw all the work onto the cpu, and it's doing the best it can. The gpu in the meanwhile, is taking a snooze.
Your results are normal.

Also, what's so low about fps that your monitor can't display anyways?

Solution
what is windows verison ?
1. try power management max on control panel
2.delete -high and look fps again
3.just open grapich settings 8xmsaa and 8x texture filter (your system so good actuualy you could take 300-400fps) this not normal
4.check game file verify

Ya i understand csgo is mostly CPU dependent, but with my setups i would expect atleast 300+fps regardless the resolution or low graphics settings. I see all those streamers or pros with average of 400 or more fps and their setups aren't even as good as mine. Thats why i assumed there is something wrong with this.

Yeah... it doesn't exactly work that way.

YouTube videos need to be taken with a grain of salt. You don't know exactly what they are, or aren't running; antivirus, Office or Adobe or any other native cpu usage stuff running. Those pc's are setup and optimized for whatever game they decide to show.
Unless you have the exact same setup as theirs, there's a crap-ton of factors that can come into play here...
-temps
-memory frequency
-storage drives
-drivers
-overclocks
-the OS
-3rd party programs
-in game settings
-resolution
