Hello, so 2 weeks ago CSGO started to have big Mouse lag which feels very sluggish and feels slow. I tried everything and dont know what to do, i always have 200+fps in-game and no lag, mouse acceleration 0, raw input 1 , V-Sync off (even in Nvidia Control Panel) , Prerendered frames 1 (lowest to me) , tried with no start commands and no cfg file, still the same...
I cant hit anything cuz my mouse goes over the target and isnt precise at all, I even bough a new mouse (ZOWIE EC2-A) and re-installed windows 3 times...

My specs:
GTX 960 2GB
i5 3570k 4.2GHz
16GB RAM
Windows 10 (Yes, i disabled GAME DVR a long time ago.)

Did these problems happen around Jan 19? There was an update that came out that day. Other people have suggested turning off Enhanced Precision and Mouse Trails in Windows. Finally, some people resorted to completely deleting CS down to the configs (be sure to copy all settings you use) and reinstalling off Steam.

Around that time yeh, but i reinstalled my windows 3 times , i think it shouldnt have the problem after reinstalling the windows, i will try to delete everything csgo connected and will come back with a reply.

Sorry, I should have specified that it was a CS:GO update that was released on the 19, not Windows.

Ok so i dont have Enchanced Precision or Mouse Trail ticked, so thats not the problem, right now I deleted every cfg and file I found about CSGO , reinstalling it now to see what happens.

Sadly it didnt fix the problem 🙁 RIP me :*

Hey, don't give up yet. Brainstorming here:

Have you tried changing USB ports? Tried both a 2.0 and 3.0? Some motherboards crowd the controllers, combining front and rear ports into one hub. If a high-polling rate mouse is sharing bandwidth with other devices sometimes they can stutter.

Does your monitor have any sort of Game Mode? Sometimes they can reset to normal mode after being unplugged or power outages and such.

Have you tried turning raw input off? It shouldn't help, but once you've eliminated the logical...

Does adjusting the mouse DPI settings make it any worse or better?

Have you double checked Game DVR since the last update? WU likes to change your settings back to whatever it feels like whenever it wants. Not to mention reinstall apps.

Yes i tried every USB port in my PC , 3.0 and 2.0, nothing changed.
My monitor does have Game Mode ON everytime , didnt change a thing :/
Raw Input OFF make it even more slower, like dragging through mud and very sluggish.
All my DPI settings feel like V-Sync , but i tried my mouse on my brothers pc and it runs prefect there.
I uninstalled anything that had to do with Game DVR at the beginning , before uninstalling it I disabled it.

Nothing seems to help :/ Might it be a hardware issue? My mouse doesnt have any drivers do I think it isnt a problem. I have to mention that every game i play works perfectly, CSGO is the only game with this issue.
Here is a video my cursor side by side with the one in-game , since i cant describe it very good, you can see how the game cursor faild to follow the normal one, and it isnt precise at all. Link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PLB50Wiw0Po
