Hello everyone!

Lately I've been having some performance issues with my csgo. The game feels laggy whenever I try aiming/shooting. Moreover, whenever enemies peek me it feels like they are stuttering (if it makes any sense).

The benchmarks of my internet connection are 97 mbp/s download and 106 mbp/s upload.
I have 16 gigabytes of ram, a ryzen 5 1600 cpu and a gtx 1660 super gpu. In addition, I have a 144hz monitor. So I feel like my rig shouldn't have problems running the game, yet it feels choppy/laggy.

I am running the game at lowest settings, 4:3 1280x960.

Any solutions are more than welcome! Thank you.

P.S. Is it possible that windows 10 are causing such problems?

Okay, so here's the results https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/42345477

Doesn't look good
There is a possibility you may need better system cooling by adding more fans inside your case. You could see if you have too much heat build up by removing the side panel and running userbenchmark again. Extra heat will cause the CPU and GPU to throttle down some, especially on your Ryzen CPU if using the heatsink the CPU came with.

Do you mean megabits per second here as lowercase indicates bits and uppercase bytes? If so it is probably too slow an internet connection for the game.
What are you even on about? 100Mb is 12.5MB.
Here is a screenshot of my speedtest
Additionally, I'm adding a SC of HWInfo, perhaps someone more capable than me can analyze this and tell me whether something is odd or not.
The image is too small to see anything useful, it's thumbnail sized when I open it.

Run userbenchmark from https://www.userbenchmark.com/ and then post the webpage link with the results. It could reveal some issues with your system.
