csgo ping problem

ive been suffering this problem for 2 week now..the problem is when i play csgo my internet fucked up for some reason..i check my task manager at network and it use only 0.02mbps of my wifi...is this normal coz when i open browser i get like 10mbps atleast .....tq

Try re-installing the game and check your firewall settings as well.

what do u mean by changing firewall setting on or off??
