So guys I need your help right now, I need to know if this issue caused by poor performance by any of my computers hardware, or.. I don't even know what else it could be. Have tried to figure this out for about 2 years now, on 2 pc's (bought from the same place(with the same issue)). Tried on different reddit places, random pc websites, but didn't get quite enough help from it. So the last hope I had, was tomshardware 😀 Okay here comes the issue. This is a csgo related issue, never heard of anyone having this issue before, its when I play, I usually record a demo of the match, and after the match if I get some cool actions, and after the match I watch the demo, but it's choppy/stuttery(was like that on 2 pc's) I bought both computers from the same place, may be that they are using some cheap/bad pc parts, I don't really know. Okay check this guys video out and look how smooth it is while he's recording the "demo". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMEKdbqYasQ&feature=youtu.be&t=3m3s
And now, look how my screen looks when I'm doing exactly the same, both mine and the other video are set to 300fps, so after we speed it up on any kind of software to make it smoother, just in case you might wonder why its slowmotion. While im recording, I never don't get any fps drops. Always stable 250-300 fps. The issue remains doesn't matter if I'm using 1920x1080 resolution on 800x600, and adjusting video settings aren't making any difference.
P.S. It gets A LITTLE smoother when I'm playing offline vs bots.

Could you guys please tell me if you know, what could be causing the issue? Poor PSU? Ram? HHD/SDD of slow write speed?(dont know what mine is.)
MY PC SPECS:
Windows 10 Home (64bit)
I7-6700 - 3.40 GHz.
Nvidia GeForce 1080 8gb armor oc
16 GB Ram
ASUS Z170-P Motherboard.
Power supply - Corsair VS650(heard this psu is.. well.. shitty).
Ram is 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX. DDR4-2400MHz.
My internet connection is also good, 1000mbps download/1000mbps upload.
I have tried updating my CPU to - i7-7700k 4.2GHz
CPU cooler to - CRYORIG R1 Universal CPU cooler
Tried updating my motherboard to - ASUS Strix Z270E Gaming.
But it didn't solve the issue, so I returned the products to the store.

I know csgo is a really poor optimised game, but I am not having issues ingame, always 300fps+.
I really hope some of you guys will figure out what could be causing the issue, since I really want to get into csgo moviemaking, but due to this problem its impossible.
I will somehow reward a guy that helps me solve the issue. Since the only thing left I have in mind right now, is buying a new computer and hoping the issue won't reappear.
Sorry guys for any mistakes I've made in the post, english isn't my native language, so I hope every single one of you guys understood what my issue is.
Best regards, Method.
Have a nice day/night, wherever you're from.
