CSGO Screen tears,but other game dont

Im using 60hz monitor to play csgo overwatch GTAV....But when i play csgo with 1920x1024 my screen does lag and it is unplayable,when i recoard it at 1980x1020 60fps it didnt lagTherefore i switched to 1080x1024 to play csgo it have no issues at all,other game such as GTAV it is fine to run at 1980x1020 mid res so i was thinking it prob is my monitor broken,can someone answer me thank you~(sorry for my bad english)

What are your specs, sir?
