Csgo Stutter after new parts

I just bought a new graphics card, gtx 1060 and a new monitor ( 144hz ) and all of assuden csgo is stuttering and have low fps. I used to have around 200 fps and no stutter on my 60hz monitor and my gtx 460 gpu.
I don't know why this is happening, i have the save settings.

Did you get rid of the AMD drivers and download the newest Nvidia drivers?

I have the current drivers, I didn't delete any other drivers. How do i look into that?

Not sure if on right forum but CS:go is starting to lag after i bought a new monitor with 144 hz and new gpu.
I have the same settings as before but i'm having like lagging / stuttering.

I'm lagging like hell in bf1 with my pc. I don't think i should lag like that with the rig i have. I play in low settings and still lagging. Pubg playes better.
I have:

Gtx 1060 6gb

i5 - 7600

16gb ram

55w psu

See if there in the "uninstall or change a program" list. If so uninstall the older drivers
