Csrss virus question

how do i know if i have the Csrss virus...i got a call from systweak who said i had it and had to purchase 50 microsoft programs that had been stopped and would cost me $350 to $450...also, how do i know systweak isn't scamming me.?

Simple, they are.

If someone or some company call you out of the blue to tell you your pc is infected it's a scam

If you are still worried that you may have viruses download malwarebytes or another free virus scan and run it on your computer, that will identify and remove any you might have

Hi

when I have recieved calls from these scammers I tell them my PC runs Linux not Windows and they usually put the phone down, no one has asked what distribution yet (redhat, ubantu, suse, mint etc)
