[SOLVED] CTRL, ALT and SHIFT tones only when game is open.

So, I recently built a new PC, got everything installed and ready, but now every time I open a game the CTRL, ATL and SHIFT keys play toggle tones. First press makes an ascending 4 chirp tone then a second press makes 2 flat tones. I have unbound every AMD overlay hotkey and nothing else should be doing this. It happens in uPlay and Steam games alike. It happens in Rainbow 6 Siege (which I do not have through Steam) and Warframe (which I do have through Steam).

FIXED: After some more frantic searching I found another thread on another forum that overs a solution: Disable AMD Anti-lag.
