Ctrl - Alt - Delete needs to be pressed twice

I recently went into secpol, disabled do not require ctrl - alt - del and now when i start up, it'll take me to my warning screen, i click ok, ctrl alt del, input password, and it brings me back to the ctrl alt del screen. I then ctrl alt del, and put in my password and it works the second time. What could be causing this issue?

I've ran ADW multiple times, and ive deleted the registy entries for the ad programs. I'm running a full scan right now.

I've reinstalled windows because of viruses, its solved my problem too.
