Ctrl + Alt + Left/Right/Down causes screen to rotate?

Just downgraded from Win 8 to Win 7 Pro 64 bit. I was using VLC player and 1 of the shortcuts is ctrl+alt+left/right, which forwards a video 5 minutes, i use this all the time before. Now when i try it, instead of doing anything in VLC, my whole screen rotates and either goes on the left/right side or goes upside down, depending on which direction I press. Any ideas how to disable/fix this?

Yes, it is a hotkey. To disable it : Ctrl+Alt+F12 > Hot Keys > Uncheck "Enable Hot Keys"
