In game DOTA 2 ..
CTRL key doesnt work like passing ward using CTRL + (itemkey)

or giving bottle charge to someone or drawing on map holding CTRL.

I am using Steelseries 6Gv2.

Don't know much about the game,but settings are still right for the key? Maybe in control settings set another key for the task? Maybe even reset them to default helps?

Nah man resetted Hot Key , reinstalled steam ... now i am sick of this thing. Gonna reinstall whole damn windows

Here's someone who sya it's a driver issue,drivers from the gpu that is,

first post on this page.

You can delete the old drivers with this,
http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
after that do a reinstall with the latest ones.
