Ctrl Shift Alt Beep

Hi everyone, I'm desperate to find a solution for this and I've been searching for weeks. Basically, upon start-up (only on start-up) whenever I press alt, shift, or ctrl, it makes a beep which changes from time to time if I press it continuously. Eventually if I press one of those keys plus a letter key (ie. alt +w) it makes a longer beep but goes away after. This happens every single time...

I've tried deactivating the sticky and toggle keys through regedit
I've tried reinstalling my keyboard driver
I've tried checking if my on-screen keyboard was on but it wasn't

I'm using an Acer Predator Laptop. Hopefully someone can help me out!

this is a feature.

you disable it by pressing macro key 2 red (default settings).

I mean, if keyboard does beeping for some keys.
