Hello all. I am trying to help a friend diagnose an issue. His ctrl & windows keys 'toggle' instead of working when pressed. Every 3 clicks, the windows start menu pops up. Win+[button] seems to work every time, but the press+depress behavior opening the start menu only every 3.
Similarly, if you press the Control button, it 'locks' the key, so if, for instance, you scroll or push T, it's stuck as if you're holding the control button. Until 2 more clicks. It toggles, every 3 clicks.
I've never heard of anything like this. To troubleshoot, I took the keyboard to a laptop and it works perfectly fine. Something silly is going on software side, but I can't identify.
It's a Razer, 2016 Blackwidow Ultimate w/ Green switches, if it matters. Any assistance appreciated.
