Cubing runes

Hi all,

What are the rules for upgrading runes? It's three of each for the low end
runes and then it changes to two each at some point, right? I looked at the
AS but couldn't find it (I'm probably just blind .

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Oh, and another thing: It shouldn't be a problem to use the "unsocket item
recipe" on an ethereal weapon, right? Stupid question I know, but I don't
want my weapon to go poof

you need to know

and no, eth weapons are same as normal ones when unsocketing

Great thanks. And I was right, it was just me that's blind. I already looked
at that page but apparently not good enough
