CUE Corsair K70 Utility isnt working with Windows 10

It says No device found or something like that I already tried unplugging and replugging. Anyone know what the problem is? This is NOT RGB.

Downloaded latest firmware update here (Under downloads tab)?:

@RCF I already have that downloaded. It keeps saying "Set firmware mode failed!"
