cup fan 1 cant controll

☺☺ HI guys this is my first question on this suite sorry for bad english.

this is my question

i bought a cooler master hyper 212 led turbo cooler for my pc few days ago.
and my mb is MSI Z97-G45 gaming.
it has two cpu fan slots called CPU FAN 1 and CPU FAN 2.
i connected cooler's pushing fan to cpu fan 1 slot and pulling fan to cpu fan 2.
i setted both fans to 100% speed using msi command center and both
spins around 1500-1650 rpm, its fine
no problem both are controlling very well.

and my problem is yeterday
cpu fan 2 is runnig at old speed at 100% full load, but cpu fan 1 is only about 700 rpm at 25%/50%/75% and 100% full load and smart mod.

i tryed to change by bios. but the result is same
and i tryed changing fans on slot 1 fan to slot 2 and slot 2 fan to slot 1
but the same

Are you sure its CPU1 or is CPU opt ? I dont think the opt can be controled

no no 100% sure its the cpu fan 1..
i contralled cpu fan 1 and cpu fan 2 using msi command center. befor error comes
but now cpu fan 2 can contrall using msi command center and by bios.
cpu fan can't controll...

your going to have to explain that again. Try using different software to control fans
