Going with a Threadripper build with the 1950X. From what I've seen and heard over the last several months the Kryos Copper/Copper TR4 CPU Block performs just a tad better than the EK Supremacy Evo TR4 version.

Granted, most of that is by 0-100% performance index charts by some reviewers and by Temperature Delta in Kelvin (which I don't know how to read), I've seen fanboys across the world shout for EK but honestly I just want the one that's better than the other in terms of performance.

Thank you for your reply, but that was not what I asked. I will take care of the vrms in short order whenever I find a kit that is not a monoblock that fits the Asus Zenith Extreme motherboard.

Right now, I simply wish to know between the two cpu coolers which is better...

Well, overclockers did a comparison to ek supremacy Evo. So I think there's no doubt about performance metrics.
But also keep in mind that I wouldn't be telling you to go for monoblock if the cpu is a core i7 or ryzen 7. The core i9 and threadripper cpu can take as much as 400w if overclocked. To step down all that wattage from 12v to ur cpu voltage can really be stressful if you are overclocking.
That's all.

Yeah, I've done some 'calculating' of my own for wattage; Threadripper can be an insane power hog. but 16C/32T it's to be expected. I know the VRM's will need some serious cooling. But I don't want to deal with Acetal/Nickle plated copper. I either want copper/plexi, copper/acryllic, or copper/copper for them. The less mixed metals i introduce, the better.

I'm the 'picky-choosy' enthusiast. The less headaches I have to deal with and the more performance I can eek out of it without said headaches the better it will be. Don't get me wrong; I will be using anticorrosives in the system; but having as few metals as possible will only aid that further.
