So I have a Ryzen 7 1700 and I have oc'd it to 3700 MHZ. So I was playing OW, while watching a stream on twitch and programs like whatsapp and chrome opened.

I have this habit of checking HW monitor after a session and today, it showed that my max went the better side of 3900 Mhz. SO what does that mean? I mean 50 mhz up and down is understandable but all of a sudden for the first time went to 3900 bamboozled me tbh.

Here is the picture of HW monitor http://imgur.com/a/d8ezU

I know for some of you this would be a facepalm coob question and I apologise in advance.
Thanks :)

Solution
That's like, the "turbo boost" speed, where the CPU OCs it self slightly because it's not under a true full load, so it can run a bit faster to speed up what it's currently doing.

Oh so nothing to worry about?

The Wraith Spire running at 100%. My ambient temps are 30 C because of summer atm.

I never cross 1.35 V on my CPU, well I guess I shall check my thermal paste. Thanks!
