Curious about CPU temps

As the title says, I am just curious about proper CPU temps. I have an i7 7700k 4.2 GHz (not planning on overclocking) and cooler wise I am using Noctua NH-U9S 92mm SSO2 U-Type Premium CPU Cooler, NF-A9 PWM Fans. I am just curious about proper temperatures. I also stream and while streaming it stays around 60 C sometimes peaking for a quick second at 64. I ran a stress test and it did not rise above 64C. Are these ideal temps to have? Or should I invest and in a better CPU cooler? Thank you!

Those temps are pretty good, especially if thats under load.

CPUs can go into the mid 80s before running into issues. Most CPUs thermal throttle around 85-90c. So you are all good with your current temps.
