Curious about emulation

Hey everyone,
I have been using emulators for outdated game consoles on my pc for at least 15 years so this topic isn't new to me. I have searched the internet for help with my problem (or question really) all the while coming up empty handed or with out of date information. Recently my wife cleaned out our basement and found some of my old original xbox games. Is there anyway to use my physical game disks in my pc and be able to play them via an emulator? While pondering this I also wanted to know if I could do the same with Wii games? Our kids still have our wii console but the only game that is mine personally and want to play is Punch Out. Rather than using the console is it possible to use the disk in my pc?

Original Xbox doesn't have a working emulator, that project wound up dying out. Wii games can be played on the Dolphin emulator that also works with Gamecube titles. You might need to get a bluetooth receiver though if you want to use the Wii-motes.
The original xbox emulator didn't made it too far, as for the wii, the dolphin emulator runs like wonder, in order to use it, you can dump the game into a flah drive on the wii (if you can run homerew on it) or you can do it in pc with rawdump, but not all optical drives can do it.
