[SOLVED] Curious about the state of my PC

I accidentally stepped on the switch of my power strip midway where it turned off then immediately turned back on to reset. Will there be any damage to my components?

It's possible that a sudden loss of power could damage components but that usually isn't the case. Any sudden changes in voltage can potentially damage components though so I suggest moving the power strip to a spot that is away from your feet.

if you have a mechanical hard drive then that can be damaged if it was in the middle of working to load a file or program during the sudden power loss
