Hello everyone, after many hours over the year I've been earning money and deciding a build for my pc gaming. I have finally made one and just one some final advice before I actually go through with it. I plan on playing mostly fps games like BF4 and Call of Duty and of course the new GTA V. So, here is my build. I can't really go over what I already have in the budget so far so please refrain from offering too expensive items. Most I can go it $700.

NOTE: THE PARTS LISTED AS FREE I ALREADY HAVE FROM A FRIEND.

Thank you

"drop the monitor" he said, hahahaha so funny. Having an TV that he can use is a very big if, specially because this is a gaming build.

You should get a better GPU, GTX 960 would be nice, or even and r9 280x if you dont mind the extra power consumption.

I changed the GPU and the RAM to faster options for the same price, and add combo (CPU+RAM).

You might also consider getting an FX-8320 or an R9 290. It will go over your budget, but I think it would be worth it, specially the R9 290, that can be found from 250$

I know you say that the most you can go is $700, but I went with a diff setup that dropped the monitor (you can use a TV if you have one sitting around)

This build ups your RAM, CPU, and Graphics Card, and I think if you can talk yourself into it you will have a much better gaming experience with it. Up to you, I enjoy designing PCs and this was a great way to kill 30 minutes for me :)

Final Price: $762.90 after MIR (but the RAM is on Shell Shocker on Newegg after 3pm PST, so that may drop a lil bit)

EDIT: Not to say there is anything wrong with the current setup. Just remember that if you have something that can display the images atm, a monitor is probably the easiest thing to add you your PC :)

Also I noticed you don't have an Optical Drive, you may want to budget $15 somewhere for one just in case you need to run a recovery disk or something (flash drives don't always work in my experience)

Haha, thanks. First time I've posted a build on here without finding out how shitty it is. I've come a long way for this lol.

Thanks for that option for me to keep in mind, it's just I want a 1ms monitor (I know at that price it probably isn't true 1ms) for my first build as I'm getting out of consoles and want a true pc feeling (still love my xbone though). I also actually have a optical drive. The case and stuff I got from my friend was his main pc back in 2011 and he's giving me it as barebones. $10 is pretty great for this case and psu.

Thanks for this. I probably won't go f that better cpu as it's a little too much out of my price range. But I will most likely go with a r9 290 or at least a 280x, I just need it to have about 4gb of vram.
