Current Build I'm considering, looking for feedback.

Hello all, the build below is what I am considering. I'm shooting for hopefully being able to play games at 1440 at 60fps. I just want to make sure that all the parts coordinate well together, and that I'm not paying too much for a component I don't need and could downgrade. I also want to know if my current build is insufficient, and if I should be looking at a 1080ti? I've been told that my GPU on this build is bottlenecking what it could do. Any and all help is appreciated.

Edit: I'd like to add that my current budget is $1300. However, if I can get significant, worthwhile gains, I can consider raising the budget, whether that means changes to the CPU/MOBO/GPU etc. Games I'm aiming at are usually single player games like Assassin's Creed, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, The Witcher series, Shadow of War, and I'd like to make sure its a build that can last me for a while for future games. I'm really looking forward to games like 2077.

All those parts are perfect for a 1440p on 60 Hz gaming! You will most likely go beyond the 60 Hz on majority of the games. I myself got the ASUS GTX 1080 4 days ago and its one hell of a fast card. 1080 Ti is meant for 4k gaming on 60 Hz or high refresh rate gaming on 1440p if that is what you are after. Overall, your planned build looks perfect to me and it should serve you well for the years to come.

3200mhz ram, bigger cooler, better case, bigger psu :

Better power supply, would only recommend G2 or G3 EVGA models.
Changed motherboard, cheaper with better VRM.
Changed GPU, cheaper with same speed.
