While playing some games , monitor goes black and this message pops up. And i hear a windows pop up sound, so i assume the game crashes as well. Ive set windows resolution and refresh rate in both windows and in game ,to the default(which shows in the error message)

I wanted to troubleshoot the problem, so i started to check on the temparatures of each component using a software. I noted that CPU temparature is 60 degrees or higher in idle state and just over 100 degrees when gaming.

Are you using the stock cooler for the cpu?
If not, make sure you have thermal paste applied, it's seated correctly, etc.
If all else fails, just buy a new cooler
You can't go wrong with a hyper 212

I dont think its the stock one, coz i removed it and checked to see there was no thermal paste applied. So cpu overheating is causing this problem?
