Current pc parts work with mobo

So recently my AsRock Z97 series Mobo has died on me. I’m looking for a motherboard to use with my current pc components which are an i5-4690k/R9-380/650W psu/ and 16gn of ddr3 vengeance ram. I found this mother board called “MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97 GAMING 3” I was wandering if this mobo is comparable with my components
