Current Pending Sector Help

Hi everyone!

I checked my disk health and it shows this warning:

Current Pending Sector Count: Current: 100 Worst: 100 Data:104

Should I be concerned with that and what is the solution for this problem?

Generally, this error means the drive is developing bad sectors and starting to fail. Time to backup the critical data and replace it.

Can it be solved? The hard drive is 2 yrs old and I would only buy a new hdd as a last resort.
