Current Printers that Have Chipless Cartridges?

Are there any printers out there right now (new printers you can buy at most major retail stores), that use cartridges which do NOT have chips in them, and expire the cartridges after a set amount of time, or, prevent you from refilling them? My stupid HP printer is rejected my refilled cartridges, and I need something better that uses cartridges which I can continue to refill. I mainly print in black and white (probably 95% of my printing).

Most of the Canon Pixma printers can be resett with a cheap chip resetter as their chip encryption has been cracked. I am ware the new HP printers are a real problem. To tell you the truth I think they all have chips these day, so you will just have to find one where the encryption has been cracked and you can resett easily.
