Every time I turn on my pc I get this message:
"Your system is reporting one or more events, ad data may be at risk. Your system if configured to enable advanced SATA features for optimal power management and increased storage performance. Refer to the details below for more information."

I'm not sure what steps to take.

Thank you.

Make and model of your motherboard, if this is a desktop you're dealing with? If a laptop, then parse the make and model of the unit. Also, make and model of your HDD? Can you check and see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing for your platform? RAID or AHCI in BIOS for your storage controller?

Thanks for the response. My motherboard is a Lenovo Thinkstation P710 Workstation Motherboard 00FC924.
Hard drive info:

MediaType Model SerialNumber Size
Fixed hard disk media SAMSUNG MZ7TY256HDHP-000L7 S307NB0J515497 256052966400 (this is the one with the error message)
Fixed hard disk media WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 WD-WCC6Y4LDU212 1000202273280

I think the BIOS version is LENOVO S01KT57A, 3/5/2018

It looks like the controller is AHCI.

Thank you again.
