Currently building a computer for a friend. Need a overview.

The motherboard is Intel and the CPU is AMD. Completely incompatible. So I am unsure if you wanted Intel or AMD.

But for budget sake let's go with AMD. For a gaming machine, I would go with a 990FX motherboard. In particular, the Gigabyte 990FXA UD3 is what I recommend.

The other parts are really good, for a midrange type gamer its fairly close to what I would do.

That PSU is especially good, don't let anyone talk you out of that. 5 year warranty and its a Superflower.
