currently direct tv changing to Comcast - dvr movies transfer

Have movies on Direct tv dvr with esata hd connected to dvr would like to save, how to transfer without losing.

i don't think you can. i believe they are encrypted to only use on the directv dvr. normally when you swap dvr you lose everything even within the same company.
