Question Cursed SSD Preventing any PC from Booting

The other day when I tried to boot my laptop, it booted into windows but was frozen on the lock screen - shortly after I got a blue screen with an error something to do with a memory problem (I can't remember exactly what it was). So after my laptop restarted, it would not boot into Windows and it was completely frozen. And now, even when I restart it, it just instantly freezes and I am not even able to access BIOS, or recovery mode. The screen is not entirely black but it's the screen telling you to press x key to access BIOS etc.
  • I have tried removing the M.2 SSD (which is my boot drive) out of the laptop and this problem does not occur and I am able to boot the laptop from an Ubuntu installation I have on a memory stick with everything working fine and my hard drive fully accessible. All of the RAM was detected, and I also performed a health check on the HDD and it was all fine.
  • I have also tried booting the laptop with only the m.2 drive installed and it still gets frozen (for some reason when I have the HDD unplugged even the laptop fans do not turn on).
  • I have also tried resetting the motherboard CMOS.
  • I have also tried to install the m.2 drive into the motherboard of a different pc, and it also prevents that pc from booting - even though it wouldn't be used as a boot drive.
So basically, my laptop's m.2 boot drive now prevents any PC from booting or accessing BIOS / recovery mode and I have no idea why or how to fix it. I just don't want to have to purchase a new one.

Specs:
Razer Blade 15 (2018)
Lite-On Technology Corp. M.2 SSD 256GB
