mouse have its own software?

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

it doesn't remove anything, just stops programs running with windows at startup, easy to reverse

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

is it everywhere or just discord?

could be the monitor then if its doesn't show on software.

your monitor I guess - https://www.hp.com/au-en/shop/hp-m24f-fhd-monitor-2e2y4aa.html

so is cursor moving up by itself or that is you moving it up/down. I can't replicate it myself. Nor can I see anything similar.

does it only happen on the search field? wonder if its that orange basketball event showing in search
can get rid of search highlights doing this - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ndows-10/d2e0ce5b-47d4-4d11-b04b-87c29145dbc3

you running at a normal refresh rate and resolution?
screen seems to support 75, is it running at that?

see if it happens in safe mode
  1. go to settings/update & security/recovery
  2. under advanced startup, click restart now button
  3. this restarts PC in a blue menu
  4. choose troubleshoot
  5. choose advanced
  6. choose startup options
  7. click the restart button
  8. choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
  9. Pc will restart and load safe mode

I would run DDU to remove the old radeon drivers and then install new ones once you back in normal mode

latest drivers are here - https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/...series-desktop-processors-radeon-graphics/amd

what motherboard do you have?

i use the inverted mouse cursor.
strange it stops if you use a black mouse cursor.
It might be motion blur
i don't think it should be ghosting.
well its probably the drivers or my cpu, ill keep trying troubleshooting stuff see what fixes it, but seems like changing the cursor worked for now

I don't have a solution but i do admire the problem.

To perhaps help out:

shame can't slow it down to see what the red is showing

Did frame-by-frame view, to extract vital info;

Red artifact appears when cursor changes from finger point to text line. Not all the time but quite frequently.

And there's another artifact, double line, when cursor changes back, from text line to finger point. This artifact happened twice, while the red one happened over 10 times.

it doesn't happen in Firefox
but once you take cursor near the search bar while in spotify app, I saw a flash of red
then when you take app full screen (or closer to the search bar) it happens more
is that how you see it?

seems to be the searchbar causing it.

yeah seems like its when the cursor changes to the typing thing, i think i ''fixed'' it by changing my cursor to the windows black, maybe in a future driver or windows update itll be fixed, thanks a lot for your help though
