Cursor freezes and sometimes disappears

hello, I use an Acer E5-473. Ita a 4Gb laptop. A few days back I tried downloading GTA on my laptop, but the game didn't work so I uninstalled it. Since the uninstalling, my cursor often freezes and disappears when I leave the laptop open. Please help. thanks

You may want to use the "Restore" option on the laptop to restore it to a time prior to the install of that program. It may have changed other things when it did the installation.

Also have you tried restarting the computer since doing all that? If not, I would suggest you do.
