Question Cursor is cursed, please help

After some gaming or browsing, my cursor goes wild. It changes everytime by itself, and these are what it changes into:

Sometimes even turns invisible, but then changes back to something I uploaded on imgur, but only after i click minimize or x to a window or something.Windows it's fresh from microsoft website, and I ran Malwarebytes and it found nothing. The only thing that fixes it if i restart my pc

I also made a video with my phone so you can see my 'cursed cursor' in action. I did it with my phone because if i do it with shadowplay or some recording program, the cursor looks fine in the video :|

I really don't think it matters what kind but Steelseries Rival 300

boot to safe mode if it still happens its somthing to do with the main parts of windows or its a hardware if it is not still doing it it means that a virus or the driver not being up-to-date

windows is fresh, updated to latest version. I ran Malwarebytes and it's says my pc is clean. I really don't want to be hardware problem since my pc is new.

i never used that, and i never had this problem and i have this mouse since 4 years. It doesnt have driver, only a program that changes the rgb

Did this start after a windows update? Try rolling back the mouse driver to an earlier date when the mouse worked correctly.
