Question Cursor/Mouse Shaking

Hey guys. So I had this problem for few months. I even bought new mouse. So in some moments/positions my cursor is shaking on the screen. I have A4Tech mouse (Bloody) and have their software but in device manager it says HID - compliant mouse. Do you know what is problem? I am using Windows 10 x64 Pro, and motherboard is Asus Prime x470 Pro.

Did you try a different underground? white/black paper,...

Did you buy the same mouse or a different one?

Is windows activated?
All Windows updates done?
latest chipset driver installed? (AMD)
latest BIOS version flashed to the motherboard? (only flash in BIOS itself, not windows)
