Cursor spazzing out windows 8.1

My cursor randomly keeps spazzing out and going to the bottom left corner of the screen. I cannot move it since it keeps going back there and clicking whatever is in the bottom left corner.
I have tried:
-Rebooting PC
-Disabling Pointer Precision
-Changing mouse
-Disabling touchpad (its grayed out so i cant)
-Updating touchpad
I don't believe its got to do with hardware, but i have a asus pc.
I can barely do anything when this happens, i would really appreciate any sort of help.

Does replacing the mouse's battery help?
Might try running a full virus scan followed by a Malwarebytes scan in case you got hacked.
