Question cursor won't move in drawing program SAI

I have Ugee m708 artist tablet...I installed drawing program SAI, the problem is that when i open SAI and want to draw something, the cursor won't move...How can i fix this?

Full version of SAI? Check supported hardware.

What make and model mouse?

Take a close look at any SAI configuration settings: e.g., some choice between using finger or mouse.

Try another known working mouse. May be some other conflict within the software.

Try reinstalling SAI - current install may be corrupted or buggy? Source?
