Curved or Flat for Gaming ?

I'm looking to buy a monitor dedicated to gaming it will be a 144hz but I don't know if I Should choose a Curved or Flat if there is any difference in gaming between then . Which one would be better and why ?
Here are my specs of they are needed to choose between them.
Gpu: Dual gtx 1060 6gb
Cpu: I5-4670k
Ram: 2x4 corsair vengeance and 1x8 Adata 1600mhz
Mobo: Msi z87 gd65
Psu: Corsair cx750M

Curved is better for viewing angles... I don't see any reason to have one when you sit right in front of your monitor while gaming, they are normally more expensive too.

Performance-wise, there's no difference. Viewing angles, personal preference, the types of titles you play etc would all impact the decision.

From what I've heard, curved monitors 'feel' more immersive, so if that sounds like something that interests you, pick up a curved monitor.
