Hi, so I've just built my first rig so that I'm able to use Autodesk Maya whilst away from college as well as to game. So I know that there's not a particular winner out of the two (flat vs curved) and that it's fairly subjective but I want to know if a curved monitor may distort the models on screen from applications such as Autodesk Maya? If anybody that has used a curved display and does things such as this can give feedback that would be greatly appreciated. I've primarily been looking at the MSI Optix G24C or MAG24C. Thanks in advance!

Solution
If the pc is for content creation, it's recommended to have a flat monitor so there is not even a chance of distortion. Many tend to have multiple monitors so you could get both. Just get a cheapo flat secondary if you must.
