CUSL2-C has a Phantom PCI taking IRQ 10?

I have the ASUS CUSL2-C. In "Device Mgr", there is an "Other Devices" that has a "PCI Device" in it. It doesn't say what it is. But it does take up IRQ 10.

How can I get rid of this. If I remove it, it finds it next boot up.

Did you istall all the Intel updates? I have two devices there, Intel® 82801BA/BAM SMBus Controller-2443 and ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering.
