Custom Build Advice

I need someone who has experience in custom PC builds. I have already made a major research but I just want a final advice if u could help me.

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core

Motherboard: Asus - ROG MAXIMUS X HERO ATX LGA1151 or Asus - ROG MAXIMUS X Formula
Memory: G.SKILL Trident Z RGB F4-3000C16Q-32GTZR
Storage: Samsung - 950 PRO 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital - Gold 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1080 O8G STRIX Video Card
Case: be quiet! - Dark Base 700 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: be quiet! - DARK POWER PRO 11 750W 80+ Platinum Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft - Windows 10 Pro OEM 64-bit

My question is about the ram memory, I dont know if this will be compatible with my Coffee Lake CPU. I know that Gskill released a new line of memory kits for coffee lake but non of them were available in my country.

Second question I have and re main reason I picked Dark Power Pro 11 750W ware the all black cables. The 850W and 650W ware not.

Your memory lists compatibility with both motherboards you mention so you should be a-ok.
